Adobe brings Firefly AI to video editing

Firefly is Adobe’s creative AI generative program. It supports editing, color grading, and storyboarding based on text prompts. According to the latest announcement, Firefly, which is now in beta, will be integrated into Adobe’s different video, audio, animation, and motion graphic design products.

Shortly, Firefly could be integrated into Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe apps. In addition, Adobe has stated that Adobe Firefly would be integrated into Creative Cloud programs “later this year.”

The integration of Adobe Firefly with Creative Cloud lets users easily apply specific effects and adjustments to their work by generating something and then typing the effect they want into a command box.

You may use Firefly as a creative co-pilot to accelerate your discovery and ideation processes and reduce post-production time from days to minutes. With generative AI integrated directly into your workflows, these amazing new capabilities will be at your fingertips. Consider the ability to immediately modify the time of day in a movie, to automatically annotate and find pertinent b-roll, or to produce an infinite number of permutations of clips.

“I’m going to start something called ‘TruthGPT,’ which is a maximum truth-seeking AI that tries to understand the nature of the universe,” Musk stated in an interview with Tucker Carlson on FOX News Channel.

For days, rumors about Musk launching an AI startup have circulated, with Business Insider reporting that Musk had purchased thousands of graphic processing units (GPUs) to support an impending generative AI product.

On the back of technology like ChatGPT, OpenAI has become a widely recognizable name in recent months, and it is mainly responsible for kicking off Microsoft and Google’s current push to integrate AI.
